The web-based user interface allows for secure access to the Optimizer 3 monitoring and alarm data directly.

Data Transmission: Measurement data is transmitted through the network to maintenance teams and other stakeholders who have access and rights to the data.
Configuration and Settings: Install and program remotely, clear and reset alarms, and perform firmware updates. Through the web interface, you can also save, upload, and copy configurations between circuit breakers.
Reporting: Performance reports for circuit breakers, as well as compliance reports for SF6 gas, can be easily generated and exported in CSV format for regulatory authorities.

24/7 Real-time analysis
The web-based software provides monitoring data on the circuit breaker’s mechanical and electrical performance and generates trend analysis that predicts the timing of upcoming maintenance service.
Circuit Breaker Operation Time Analysis
During the milliseconds it takes for the circuit breaker to trip, Optimizer3 collects a complete data set of timing information, including trip (opening) time, fault isolation time, arc duration, and opening/closing durations and speeds. This data is analyzed to automatically produce an assessment of the circuit breaker’s condition.
Condition-Based Maintenance and Service
Based on the analysis provided by Optimizer3, maintenance and service actions can be planned intelligently using auxiliary programs and only when necessary. This approach limits unnecessary downtime, accelerates response times, and reduces overall maintenance costs.
SF6 Reporting
The data collected by Optimizer3 helps in generating mandatory compliance reports required by environmental and other regulatory authorities by monitoring SF6 gas leaks and related indicators, and automatically reporting any diffuse emissions.
