Energy Production
Solar panels produce well across the country and the power is measured in peak watts (Wp). Thanks to the long summer days in Finland, the annual production is at the same level as in Germany. Despite the dark winters, the investment is worthwhile, especially when considering the plant’s sizing and storage.

Safety
Special attention is given to fire safety in the selection of components and technical implementation of the solar power plant. Solar power plants are almost maintenance-free because they have no moving parts.
In Finland, the smooth surface of solar panels cleans itself as the temperature rises, removing sliding snow and rain. A maintenance agreement can be attached to the solar power plant to ensure the efficiency of annual production.

Solar Power Plant Example
Industrial Property 60 kWp
The property’s annual energy consumption is 120,000 kWh, and the building’s roof area is 1,000 m².
- 144 pcs of 415 W solar panels will be added to the building’s roof.
- The area used by the panels is 300 m².
- The panels produce 54,000 kWh/year.
- The panel capacity is 60 kWp, and the CO2 savings are 810 kg/year.
- The system includes 2x 30 kW inverters and a 50 kWh battery storage.
- Additionally, flat roof / felt roof mounting brackets are required for the panels.
Benefits of the EPV Solar Power Plant
