Elcon’s battery-backed AC and DC power supply systems are designed according to the customer’s specifications and needs. The modularity of the system allows for customization of the system configuration to meet specific requirements and offers the possibility for future system expansion.
In the design of the hardware we use a database-driven E-CAE design software utilizing 3D modeling.
The company’s in-house design, procurement and manufacturing enable flexibility in the project as well as short lead times and delivery times.
We provide the installation of battery-backed AC and DC power supply systems at the customer’s premises. A fixed price for the system installation is provided based on the ordered package so the customer knows the costs upfront. Travel and accommodation costs are charged based on receipts.
We also offer equipment commissioning, ensuring reliable operation of the equipment for the long term.
Once the commissioning is completed we extend the warranty period we offer from two years to three years
We perform condition monitoring and remote surveillance of battery-backed AC and DC power supply systems, as well as solar power systems, as a remote service. This allows potential faults in the systems to be detected quickly. With this service, our customers can minimize any operational interruptions related to faults.
By planning maintenance work in advance the risk of downtime is significantly reduced with the goal being that all maintenance actions can be carried out during planned downtime.
The system’s lifespan can be extended for new decades. We modernize systems when spare parts are no longer available.
New features, such as DC outputs, AC outputs and remote monitoring can be added to the system. Additionally software updates can be implemented to previously delivered EPS systems to improve reliability and provide new functionalities.
Power supply systems should be regularly maintained. By servicing the equipment their reliability and lifespan can be extended.
