Elcon Solutions Oy merges with Polarinst Oy

Elcon Solutions Oy, acquired by Polarinst Oy in 2021, will be merged into Polarinst Oy. As a result of the merger, Elcon Solutions Oy's Business ID 2042477-5 will cease to exist and it will be replaced by Polarinst Oy's Business ID FI29327349. The merger will be effective on 1.7.2024.

In connection with the merger, all rights and liabilities of Elcon Solutions Oy will be transferred to Polarinst Oy, in which case all contracts and projects of the merging company will also be transferred to the acquiring company without separate transfer measures.  Polarinst Oy is responsible for fulfilling all contractual obligations after the merger.

"Over the past couple of years, we have successfully built Polarinst - Elcon into one company. We already operate operationally in shared premises and offer services as one organisation, which means that we have prepared for the merger on a practical level in advance, says Mika Lappalainen, CEO of the company.

After the merger, Elcon Solutions Oy's employees, products and office will remain unchanged. In the merger, our product and service offerings will be combined, giving all our customers access to a wider range and network.

Towards customers and suppliers, business operations will continue as before after the merger. Only company and billing information will change. The phone numbers and email addresses of the personnel of both companies will remain unchanged for the time being.
